What a sensational way to finish up Term 1, with around 800 parents, carers and students turning out at LLV’s Open House to check out what our kids have been up to “Off the Leash” this week and take a speed tour of the wonderful new facilities that have opened this term. A huge highlight for me was the “Learning from our Pilgrimage: Sowing seeds of optimism” presentation, attracting global interest at the World Education Summit – for anyone who hasn’t yet seen it, or would like to see it again, check it out here https://lindfieldlearningvillage.com.au/parent-university.
And in true Village tradition, no-one went hungry, with our amazing crew of FOTV volunteers serving up sizzling sausages and hot cross buns – what Easter would be complete without these ones from award winning Sydney Artisan Bakery St Malo.
Seen on the night…
Term 2 (and beyond) is already packed with fantastic opportunities to connect with other LLV families – make sure you don’t miss a single one by going to https://fotv.org.au/upcoming-events and hitting the “Subscribe to Calendar” at the bottom to connect an always up to date list of events to your calendar app.
Wishing you and your families an awesome Autumn school holidays – look forward to seeing you all for the start of Term 2 on Tuesday April 20.
