New Date for (Primary) Silent Disco

Dear K-6 Families,

We are pleased to announce that we have confirmed a new date for our fabulous Silent Disco!

FRIDAY 18 JUNE!

K-2: 5pm-6pm

3-6: 6:30pm-8pm

Your tickets are completely transferable from the postponed event, so there is nothing for you to do but bring your kids dressed in the best fluoro/neon/white disco outfits they can muster! If you are one of the few that have not booked a ticket, and you’d like to, you can still do so here:

Crazy Socks Fundraiser

To usher in Winter, we embrace the coziness of SOCKS!

FOTV is running a crazy socks fundraiser to raise funds for our awesome school! Who doesn’t need socks in Winter?

Even better, get your hands on some fun, crazy socks!

All funds raised will help support the exciting program of LLV projects presented at the Term 2 General Meeting

We have socks available in a variety of sizes and prints will be selected at random to add to the fun.

Shop socks here – place your order today and don’t miss out!

We will finish this off with a Crazy Hair and Socks Day on Friday, June 11 where the kids (and adults!) will have a chance to show their socks off at school! Gold coin donation on the day. Don’t miss out – it’s going to be colourful, fun day!

ROAR Picnic – One Community, One Voice

LLV is hosting a community picnic for all LLV families with live music on the evening of Wednesday, May 26.

Doors open at 5 pm.

Fine weather plan:  Bring a picnic rug, blankets to cosy up in and food to enjoy in the front playground.  There will be performances running from 5-7 pm, all outdoors.

Wet weather plan: Performances will run twice in the Greenhalgh Theater, and tickets must be purchased ahead of time.  Please purchase a ticket for each member of your family.   Book your session here:

One community, one voice.  See you there!

ROAR Call-out for lights

We would love to be able to create beautiful, ambient festival lighting for this event!  If anyone has solar-powered or battery-operated lights that we can borrow for our ROAR picnic, we would be so grateful.  Please get in touch with louise.deibe@det.nsw.edu.au if you have something we can borrow for the evening!
