- Friends of the Village General Meetings take place once a term and are held online to maximise attendance for all Villagers
- The meetings are chaired by the President of Friends of the Village
- Agendas for upcoming meetings are sent out in advance, with helpful pre-read materials provided, as relevant to the work of the FOTV, or in relation to the listed items on the meeting’s agenda
- The Principal of LLV is present at all General Meetings and works closely with the Leadership Team to ensure meetings are responsive to the current needs and interests of the community. Please note that the Principal represents the school directly on all matters related to curriculum, student experience and the day to day running of the school
- Students who are both able and interested to participate in meetings are welcome to log on with a parent or carer
Please note: You do not need to be a registered member to attend FOTV meetings or events. However, only registered members are able to vote on P&C Motions and in elections.
