THANK YOU TO EVERYONE that joined us for the 2024 Splash Dash – whether as a dasher, splasher, volunteer, baker or cotton candy swirler. What a fun and energetic day is was! The pictures and video tell a story we can never put in words.
A very special THANK YOU to all the LLV staff that made this event possible – Sahin for being there whenever we needed him, Kim for guiding us and working with her Beyond Event Crew to bring the beats to and energy to the day, our amazing LLV leadership team, Mechel, Amy and Bec, for your support and for bravely facing those wet sponges. We have many teacher volunteer to man stall, be splashed, take photos and more. We see you and love that you came to spend the weekend with us and brought so many smiles to the kids (and parents) face!
Last but not least a very special mention of the Hakea room – students and teachers – for bringing the Splash the Staff event to the Splash Dash. What a highlight this was! You have all done an amazing job designing the boards and organising the roster!
The FOTV fundraising and events working group, who have worked on this event for months, are an amazing group of parents – if you think your want to makes some new friends in 2025 and join this team please reach out to fundraising@llv.community . It is truly worth it – these people rock!
This event raised about $11,000 and an endless amount of smiles, laughter and happy memories!
